I lost a bead (or other)We would like to remind our customers to make the area you are working in as secure as posible before opening the boxes, this is to avoid misplacing any components as the materials, beads and etc can be fiddly. If you have lost a bead/piece of your product before beginning your project, please contact our support team via email as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will have the exact replacement for the bead/piece you have lost, but we will do our best to find a suitable alternative or provide other options to ensure you are able to complete your project successfully. What do you mean by "Some projects are one of a kind"?"Yes! "One of a kind" refers to projects that are exclusive and unique: only few boxes ever made. These are designs that are created with limited edition materials, for example, or were hard to find (at least for us), making them truly special and limited in availability. If you find you have got a box with a one-of-a-kind project, it means that you are receiving something that is rare and that are often featured in our online promotions. The string I received was not enough.We understand that it can be frustrating if you feel that the string provided in your box was not sufficient for your project. We would like to assure you that we take great care to include an ample amount of string for each project. However, it is important to follow the project instructions closely, as even a small difference in measurement/technique can create the perception of having insufficient string. In order to account for variations in projects and individual preferences, we ensure that we pack approximately 30% more string than what is typically required. If you find that you genuinely need additional string or have any concerns about the quantity provided, we recommend reaching out to our support team via email. Can I wear the bracelets and necklaces in water-intensive environments like the shower, bath, sea, swimming pool, or while doing household tasks like washing dishes?Short answer is no. You should take them off if you want them to last. While our products are water-resistant, it's important to note that they are not waterproof. Prolonged exposure to water such as: being in the shower/bath/sea/swimming pool or while doing the washing up, can cause the materials to lose their colors, shine, or chrome. To ensure the longevity and appearance of our products, we recommend avoiding direct contact with water, especially in these situations.
