Unbox the Hidden Button
Promotion Description: The Box O’Knots Unbox the Hidden Button promotion has hidden 3 buttons among the initial 350 produced boxes.
Eligibility: The promotion is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older. Employees and their immediate family members in our company are not eligible to participate.
Finding the Hidden Button: After purchase, participants must open their DIY box to check if a hidden button is present. If a button is found, participants must assemble the jewellery as per the instructions provided and take a clear photograph of the completed piece, the instructions card and the button clearly visible together in the same shot.
Submission Process: Participants must submit the photograph through the "Promotions" section on our website. After receiving the submission, we will process it within 15 days from the date of receiving it.
Verification and Auditing: Our company reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the submitted photograph and the associated DIY box. We will maintain a video and photographic record of hiding the buttons for auditing purposes and as proof of authenticity. We will need to know in which boxes the buttons are but will not know where these boxes are, mixed among the 350 units lot. We will not know what is sent to whom.
Subscription Prize: Successful participants who submit a valid photograph will be awarded a free 3-month subscription. This subscription will include one Box O’Knots DIY box per month, delivered without any cost to the participant.
Delivery of Prizes: The free subscription prize will be activated within 15 days of receiving the valid submission. The participants’ first box of the subscription will be posted within the same timeframe.
Contesting Decisions: In case of any doubts or concerns regarding a participant's submission, our company may request additional details or evidence. Participants have the right to contest any decision made by the company regarding their submission.
Privacy: Participants' personal information will be handled in accordance with our company's privacy policy.
General Terms: Our company reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to abide by these rules and regulations.
Governing Law: The Promotion is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Agreement to Terms: By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Clause 1: Supervision and Authorization for Participants Under 18
Participants under the age of 18 must be supervised and represented by a responsible adult (parent or legal guardian) who will provide consent and authorization for their participation in the Promotion. By submitting a photograph and participating in the Promotion, the responsible adult confirms that they have the legal authority to provide such consent on behalf of the participant.
Clause 2: Publicity and Promotion Legitimacy
Upon finding one of the hidden buttons and successfully claiming the prize, the winner may have the option to be featured in our promotional campaigns. However, it will be entirely at the winner's discretion to appear or not in such campaigns. Winners agree to provide their support, including additional anonymous photographs or testimonials, if required, to address any questions related to the veracity of the Promotion or the legitimacy of their winning claim.
Clause 3: Promotion End Date
The Promotion will remain valid until all three hidden buttons are found. The Organizer will promptly publish the discovery of each button on our website, and this will be taken as a milestone towards the end of the Promotion. Once all three buttons have been found, the Promotion will be considered concluded.
Clause 4: Prize Replacement
In the event of changes to the market conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the promoter arise that prevent them from providing the original prize as advertised, the Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of similar value as per the current market conditions. Any such changes will be communicated to the winners, and they will be entitled to a substitute prize of equal or comparable value.
