Free Shipping is available within London depending on volume (up to 2 boxes): follow the check-out information if available.

Order Processing: In-stock orders are usually shipped the following business day. If an item is on backorder, customers will be notified by email with the estimated shipment date of the back-ordered items.

Partial Orders: In-stock items from partial orders are sent as per usual unless the customer requests the order to be shipped at once.

Returns
Manufacturer’s Defects

If a product appears to have a manufacturer's defect, please contact our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return defective products without first contacting us to receive instructions. If the item is to be returned due to a manufacturer's defect, a Return Authorization Number is required, which must be clearly written on the package.
Return Merchandise Policy

General Return Policy: Most items purchased directly from BOX O'KNOTS can be returned within 14 days of the original delivery. Please note that some items may have special return policies, which will be disclosed to the consumer in advance.

Return Conditions: Returned items must be in new condition and include all original tags, parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging to receive a full refund.

Shipping Costs: We will cover the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 10 per cent for large purchases.

Return Authorization Number: All returns require a Return Authorization Number, which should be obtained from our return system online or consult us.

Return Procedure: To initiate a return, safely repack the items. Print the return label or write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the envelope, box or package, and send the package to the designated address. Keep shipping records for proof of shipment, especially for returns with a value over £100.00 which should be insured to ensure safe arrival.

Refund Process: Once the properly returned item is received, we will credit your original payment method within 7 days.
